Staff Consultant
Dustin has over 21 years of ministry experience, serving in various roles that have equipped him with a deep understanding of church leadership, discipleship, and community engagement. His Christian leadership degree is from Johnson University, but his experience comes from being a key part of a church that grew from 150 people to a thriving multi-site church with over 4,000 members. His journey includes positions as Youth Pastor, Family Ministry Pastor, Campus Pastor, Groups Pastor, and Spiritual Growth Pastor, where he consistently demonstrates his ability to lead thriving ministries and develop sustainable growth strategies.
Dustin specializes in equipping leaders, fostering spiritual growth, and creating innovative discipleship programs. From growing youth ministry participation to over 450 students early in his career, to rebuilding post-COVID discipleship ministries to engage over 1,700 adults, his leadership has left a lasting impact at every stage.
Dustin holds a deep passion for mentoring others, creating relational ministry strategies, and empowering teams to build sustainable ministries. He, his wife, and 3 teens reside in Clermont, FL, where they enjoy water activities on the lake, like wakesurfing. Dustin enjoys bringing his experience to Ministry Architects, helping churches do immeasurable more (Ephesians 3:20-21) as they live out their mission.
