Kerri-Ann Hayes is a lead consultant with Ministry Architects, who has been serving in ministry with churches and faith-based organizations since 2005. Passionate about building healthy teams and sustainable systems, Kerri-Ann draws from her years in employee relations within the hospitality industry—experience that naturally transitioned into effective volunteer engagement and team development in the church.
As a coach, she has walked alongside ministry leaders to encourage soul care and strengthen the health of both leaders and their ministries. She is the author of The Accessible Church: Making the Church a Welcoming Place for Children with Special Needs, a resource close to her heart.
Kerri-Ann and her husband, Tom, live just outside the gates of Walt Disney World in Clermont, Florida, where they raised their three children—Brenna, Mackenzie, and Cameron.
