Testimonials

What people are saying about Ministry Architects’ volunteer systems:

Enrolling in Ministry Architect’s Volunteer Intensive is one of the smartest things I have done! The methods I learned in the intensive have made a huge difference in how I recruit volunteers. The system they helped me develop has eliminated the procrastination and last-minute begging for help. I highly recommend their intensive.

Ministry Architects has truly been a God-send to our congregation. The many years of hard work and foundations laid are really paying off – we not only have more children and youth, but we have volunteers who feel equipped to do their important work well and structures for ministry that guide us with intentionality and purpose. And that’s a win for everyone!

We have been doing so well, and following your plan has been instrumental to our success! We have added 4 non-parent volunteers who have been very active and 3 parents who have consistently volunteered. Also, our children’s ministry followed in our stead and their volunteer pool has hugely increased as well! We are incredibly grateful for your guidance and progressing in a slow and steady course!

Before our Volunteer Recruitment weekend I was skeptical that we would be able to fill all (or even half…or even a third!) of our volunteer needs for the year. After this weekend, I have a huge list of people who have said yes to a specific role in the ministry. They have been invited to participate in what God is doing in an area where they are gifted to serve. I’m always stressed about having enough volunteers and how to use them. This recruitment weekend will be something I do every year.
